The Downtown Campus student leadership program offers many opportunities for students to become involved on campus. The co-curricular program helps students to develop leadership skills, enhancing their academic experience. Our programs give students the opportunity to make a difference on campus while learning valuable skills that will help them in their future endeavors activities for the campus.

The Student Events and Governance Association (SEGA) serves as the student governing body responsible for addressing student concerns and providing campus life programs. SEGA members plan and implement cultural, educational, social and recreational activities for the Damon City Campus.
Peer Leaders are student workers who assist is all areas of Student Services at the Downtown Campus, which includes Student Engagement, Enrollment and Financial Services, Campus Life, Advisement, Orientation and First Year Experience. Peer Leaders also assist with student programming during the summer and January by participating in information sessions, assisting with registration and providing campus tours. In addition, they represent MCC during college-wide events and provide regular communication with the general student population. Interested?
