| Upward Bound is a federally funded program that provides academic counseling and other necessary services for students to graduate from a Rochester City School District high school.
However, earning a high school diploma is only the first step. Let us assist you with the college admissions process. You can persevere and earn your college degree too!

How to enroll
In order to apply to Upward Bound, students must meet the following requirements:
- Student must be entering 9th grade, or currently in 9th or 10th grade
- Students must have a Grade Point Average of 2.5 or higher
