        Function of the Position:
        Dr. Jeff Bartkovich serves Monroe Community College as the Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Services. He provides vision, leadership and oversight for all academic programs and related services and he is responsible for creating an innovative and high quality learning environment that promotes academic excellence and student success. As former Vice President for Educational Technology Services and Chief Information Officer from 2001 to 2014, he is a strong advocate for the application of technologies and innovation pedagogues to enhance and improve student learning, as well as the integration of technical systems to monitor institutional performance objectives and strategic planning initiatives.
