Welcome to your Facilities Department
I say your Facilities Department because our main function is to help you to operate and maintain your community college. The Facilities Department is involved, in one way or another, in almost every aspect of your life here at MCC. We're a group of dedicated, hardworking people just like yourselves. Much of what we do to provide a comfortable working and learning environment, takes place behind the scenes. It's a big job, there aren't many of us, and we're always looking for ways to maximize our impact. Keeping you advised as to what's happening and why is one of those ways. This website is a part of that process.
First of all, you’ll see a brief description of who we are and what we do. There is a list of our important phone numbers so that you can get to the right person for a particular problem as quickly as possible. Not everything that you may think of as a Facilities Department responsibility is covered by us so we’ve also provided you with a list of those types of items to help you get to the right department the first time around. Finally, we’ve included a simple graphic of our budget which we think you’ll find informative and interesting. Did you know that you can help us to help you? You can in at least two important ways. First of all, remember that this is your campus and anything you do to take care of it, or keep it from being abused will help all of us. Secondly, let us know your needs as soon as you know them so that we can efficiently plan for their accomplishment.
