Facilities Calling Guideline

During College Working Hours:

CALL EXT. 2800 FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Grounds problems/conditions
  2. Room temperature concerns
  3. Burned out/malfunctioning light bulbs
  4. Unusual facility noise
  5. Plumbing problems
  6. Snow/ice removal
  7. Any facility emergency or facility need not otherwise covered
  8. Elevator problems
ALL EXT. 2593 FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  1. Housekeeping problems/conditions
  2. Pest removal (mice, ants, etc.)
  3. Water spills, toilets overflowing

CALL EXT. 1610 FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Facility issues at DCC.
