How to pay my bill

If you register for classes, you (the student) are responsible for
payment regardless of the status of your financial aid.
You must do one of the following:
Pay
in full by the due date by cash, check (made payable to Monroe Community
College), VISA or Mastercard.
Approved
financial aid: All financial aid awards listed on your bill are
estimated and are subject to change without notice.
Should your award(s) be reduced, you may owe the College
additional funds.
Approved
Sponsor Payment/Billing Authorization from your employer/sponsor.
This document must be submitted in lieu of payment by the due
date to the Bursar’s
Office.
Complete
the application for the MCC Payment plan “EDU-PAY” accompanied by
the appropriate deposit to the Bursar’s Office.
Financial Aid Deferment
Some students may be eligible to apply for a
deferment of their bill through the Financial Aid Office. Continue

HOW TO APPLY FOR A FOR A
FINANCIAL AID DEFERMENT FOR TUITION AND FEES
There
is a $35 non-refundable fee for the deferment
that will be added to your charges for the semester.
You
must apply for a Financial Aid Deferment in person at the Financial
Aid Office and bring with you:
Proof of a completed Free Application for
Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).You
may file the FAFSA electronically. If you need assistance, consider attending one of our workshops!
The
Financial Aid Deferment does NOT
guarantee that you will be eligible for any financial aid.
It simply gives you time to complete the application process.
If you are notified that you are not eligible for financial aid or receive
less than what was estimated on the deferment you MUST
contact the Bursar’s Office to determine what you owe and make
payment.
