Thompson Family Scholarship:
The Thompson Family Scholarship Fund was established by a 1964 graduate of Monroe Community College and his wife to help motivated but needy students complete their studies at MCC.

Applicants must file a 2013-2014 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submit the 2013-2014 Thompson Family Scholarship Application by Thursday, May 2, 2013. Scholarship winners will be notified by June 15, 2013.

John and Mary Koch Liberal Arts Scholarship:
John and Mary Koch Liberal Arts Scholarship Fund was established by a former MCC employee to help motivated and needy full time liberal arts students to overcome financial difficulty and continue their education MCC. This scholarship can be used toward any cost of education expense. The award amount could vary between $500 and $2000 per student and the award will go to approximately 30 students each year.

STUDENT AWARD CRITERIA:

• Liberal Arts Student at MCC
• Full Time
• Unique challenge to attend MCC
• Limited other financial resources
• No other assistance available for this request
• Must maintain 3.0 GPA

Award selections will be made by the John and Mary Koch Liberal Arts Scholarship Committee.
