Early Attendance

MCC hosts one Commencement Ceremony each year, generally in late May or early June. 

If you are going to complete your degree requirements during summer session and wish to participate in this year's ceremony on May 30, 2020 you must be registered in all remaining courses for summer session and file an Intent to Graduate application by May 20.

Once you complete this process you will receive notification via student email of your graduation eligibility.  If you are eligible, the email will also contain commencement information and how to get your cap and gown. Your name will appear on an insert in the Commencement Program IF you apply for early attendance by May 8.  However, all Commencement attendees will have their names read as they cross the stage.

Summer graduates will be certified effective August 30 and diplomas mailed by mid-October.
