LETTER OF VERIFICATION REQUEST FORM

Upon request, the Graduation office will provide a letter verifying your graduation or candidacy for graduation*. If your submission is received on a standard weekday, your letter will usually be processed within 48 hours (if Friday, please allow an extra day). Complete BOTH forms below and submit. *Please note that we can only provide a letter of verification if you have already graduated or are currently registered for the courses that will complete your program requirements. We cannot verify your expected graduation if it is beyond the current term.
