Ronald E. Plesco, Jr., Esq. -
A nationally renowned Information Security & Privacy Attorney with 14 years experience in Information Assurance/Privacy, Identity Management and Computer Crime Law, Ronald E. Plesco, Jr. is the CEO of the Private Sector and federally funded National Cyber Forensic Training Alliance Foundation (NCFTA). The NCFTA brings together local, state, and federal/international law enforcement and INTEL entities, private sector companies, and academic institutions to functionally collaborate and develop intelligence on cyber crime threats and methods.
A co-founder of the NCFTA in 1997, Ron is now managing several initiatives to develop INTEL on the hacking and criminal methodologies involved with ID theft/credit card fraud, stock manipulation, software piracy and pharmaceutical fraud.

Speakers for the Day:

Chad Kaestle, Special Agent
Has been in the FBI for 13 years, and has served in the Sacramento Division, FBI Academy Training Division and Buffalo Division. He has investigated White Collar Crime, Terrorism and Counterintelligence, and currently serves as the Buffalo Division Counterintelligence Strategic Partnership Coordinator.

William O’Connor, (Ret) Special Agent
Served as a Special Agent with the FBI for 30 years. As a Special Agent assigned to the Washington, DC and Buffalo Field Offices, he investigated public corruption, drug and organized crime matters. While in the Buffalo FBI Office he served as a Supervisory Special Agent for a period of 11 years, to include 5 years as the Supervisor of Buffalo’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. Mr. O’Connor retired as a FBI Special Agent in 2009 and currently assists the FBI’s CI Strategic Partnership Program as a contractor.

Gregory Wildman
Investigator with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, presently assigned as Field Intelligence Officer to the Monroe Crime Analysis Center (MCAC). Member of MCSO since 2006. Past investigations include connecting subjects, identifying suspects, and researching investigations via social media and open source intel. Police Officer with the Rochester Police Department 2002-2006. Greg has a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College.

Susan G. Kavanagh, RP, CeDP
A subject matter expert of BiaProtect; in electronic discovery, information management, litigation support and litigation readiness.
