Welcome

The Human Resources team supports the College's mission, vision, and values through its day to day operations and interactions with the College community.  The Human Resources Department seeks to maintain a work environment that emphasizes excellence, professional development, diversity, trust, and community.   We recognize that our employees are the College's greatest resource and provide direct service to our students.  We are proud of our role in supporting our staff as they carry out the College's mission of student success and innovation.  The Human Resources team understands the role that it plays in helping to develop a working environment that values diverse viewpoints and is welcoming and respectful to all. 

The Human Resources staff is committed to providing the College community with a broad range of services that are essential to attracting, supporting, developing, and retaining a high quality workforce.  In carrying out these responsibilities, the Human Resources team provides these services in a fair and equitable manner consistent with the College's policy on nondiscrimination.
