The MCC Help Desk

What We Do
We staff the Help Desk branch of the ETS Help Line. Other available Help Desk branches are Communication & Network Services and Telecommunications. All help desk branches can be reached by dialing the Help Line at x4357 or xHELP. If you're off-campus, dial 292-2000, then x4357.

The Help Desk answers calls about the Enterprise applications such as SIS, HRS, FRS, ADS, and Banner. We also work one-on-one with users at their workstations to answer PC software and procedure-related questions. For your convenience, we have an on-line guide of Frequently Asked Questions. If an issue requires second-level support, we forward the request and create the documentation necessary to track its progress. We also register faculty and staff for ETS Technical Training classes. Call us and we'll provide you with the necessary information.
