In any SLN course,
students are required to register at their campus first and then access
their course online through SLN. Students simply complete the password
process or activate their existing online account each semester.

How is
CourseSpace related to SLN?
SLN began
supporting CourseSpace this past year. Previously, SLN offered only
fully online, asynchronous courses. SLN then took over the management of
CourseSpace in order to also offer web-enhanced and hybrid courses
throughout New York State. To date, web-enhanced and hybrid courses are
termed as “CourseSpace” and fully online courses are termed as “SLN.”
These terms are to help you, the student, distinguish among online
courses. In the future, the term CourseSpace will be replaced with
“Blended.”
