Technology Support Center

What We Do

The main branch of the Technology Support Center is located within Communications and Network services. All branches can be reached by dialing the Technology Support Center at x8324 or xTECH. If you're off-campus, dial 292-2000, then x8324.

The main Technology Support Center branch answers calls about the Administrative applications such as Banner, ImageNow, and WebFocus. We also work one-on-one with users to answer PC software and procedure-related questions. If an issue requires second-level support, a work order is created and forwarded to track its progress and document the resolution. We handle 'password reset' questions and procedures.
