Technology Assessment, Consultation and Support:
Set up individualized appointments with a member of our ETS Training Team. We can act as your personal consultant to guide you through the most efficient use of technology in your work place. We can also assess your personal computer skill level and make recommendations as to the best training path to meet your needs.

Educational Technology Training Catalog
The ETS Technology Training team offers a full catalog of technology training sessions available on a call-to-schedule basis throughout the entire year. We specialize in group and individual training. You can also find the catalog by logging into myMCC. Click on the Tech Tab > Technology Training Channel > Technology Training Link. Browse through the catalog, highlight the sessions you are interested in and contact the trainer listed for the session. From there, we will schedule your session choices at a time convenient for you.
Training Manuals and Guides
We have a collection of EZ-REF courseware for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and Internet Explorer. These are a great reference tool for you, and they will guide you step-by-step through the use of these software packages! Download the file to your desktop for easy reference, or submit the file through a Printing Services Request to have it printed for you.
Fall 2013 Semester: ETS Technology Days
The training team has reserved Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the Fall 2013 semester just for you! Between September 24, 2013 and December 18, 2013 the training team has selected a variety of informational and skill building sessions to present to you. We will be offering multiple sessions each day with a variety of topics to choose from during each session. The session descriptions, dates and times of each session are now available. REGISTRATION IS REQURED for these sessions.
Register for ETS Technology Days sessions from on campus by logging into myMCC > Tech Tab > Technology Training Channel > "Register for a Session" Link. In the Description Box be sure to note the session(s) you are interested in and the date you wish to attend. From off campus call 292-TECH (8324) - Option 3.

The ETS Technology Support Center – 292-TECH (8324)
We understand that using technology can, at times, be very frustrating to say the least! If you are having technology related problems please do not hesitate to call our ETS Technology Support Center at 292-TECH (8324). Through this centralized number, students can contact the Student Help Desk through Option 1 (be sure to refer them!). Option 2 will give faculty members access to technology assistance in the classroom , and Option 3 will lead employees to technology software and hardware support. Listen to the Voice Options menu to connect to the appropriate member of the ETS Technology Support Team.
