| Camp Features: |
The youth camp will focus on the fundamentals of throwing, catching, and running as well as the team concepts of baseball. Group instruction and individual attention will be offered and each position will be covered thoroughly. The camp will include stretching, throwing, position work, hitting, and live games. |

High School Baseball Holiday Camp

The high school camp is designed to enhance the fundamentals of throwing, hitting, base running, and strength and cardio training. All campers will be evaluated for arm strength, foot speed, hitting, and defense. |
