Youth Baseball February Break Camp

| Camp Features: |
The camp will focus on the fundamentals of throwing, catching, and running as well as the team concepts of baseball. Group instruction and individual attention will be offered and each position will be covered thoroughly. The camp will include stretching, throwing, position work, hitting, and live games (ages 6-12). High School age campers will also receive instruction on proper strength and conditioning techniques specific to baseball. |
