GOAL 1: UNDERSTAND LEGAL CONCEPTS AND THEIR PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

- Understand the core concepts of the primary areas of legal specialties including Criminal Law; Family Law; Real Estate; Debtor/Creditor; Contracts; Estates and Trusts; Litigation; Administrative Law

GOAL 3: PROFICIENT IN USING LEGAL TECHNOLOGY:

- Students will be familiar with Computer Litigation Support: Concordance
- Students will be familiar with Law Office Management technology
- Students will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing local websites to obtain forms for various court practice, i.e., Surrogate practice; Real Estate practice (Monroe County Clerk); Bankruptcy (electronic filing)
