Professor Pogue has been on the faculty since 1981. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester and a law degree from Albany Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York and in Federal court. Before becoming a full-time faculty member, Professor Pogue was a Monroe County Assistant District Attorney for three years and served as a lawyer for the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corp. He is also a police instructor at the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Training Center.
