Mr. Adrian Smalls earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport in 1996. Prior to acquiring his Master’s Degree, Mr. Smalls graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History in 1988.
Adrian has worked in the criminal justice system for 20 years. He is presently the Backgrounds and Recruitment Coordinator for the Rochester Police Department. In this capacity, Mr. Smalls has interacted with our students by offering Civil Service Exam Review Sessions and physical agility training. Mr. Smalls has been an adjunct instructor at Monroe Community College since 2001, and has taught CRJ 101 Introduction to Criminal Justice and CRJ 204 Juvenile Justice.
