The Honorable Marilyn O’Connor (retired)
“Family Court: Firewall or Free for All?”
Elected a Rochester Family Court Judge in 2000, Judge O’Connor was the focus of national media attention for ruling that a couple whose four children were in foster care because of their parents’ drug addiction and homelessness issues could not have any more children for the duration of the order. Come hear the judge’s views on this case and the rest of her illustrious career.
