Document Delivery of Articles Request Form

This form is to be used by Distance Learning Students who are exclusively off campus through enrollment in only SUNY Learning Network (SLN) courses and would like to request copies of journal, magazine and newspaper articles available from our print and microfilm collections.

Articles requested will be delivered to students through their MCC Student E-mail Account.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT A REQUEST:

Please search our Library Databases to see if the article you are interested is already available full-text online. To do this from your home computer, go to the Find Articles and Other Information web page and follow the instructions for logging on to the EZ Proxy server in the "Access from Home" section.

If the article you are looking for is not available full-text through any of the Library's online databases, search the MCC Library Catalog to make sure we own in our print or microfilm collection the title of the magazine, journal, or newspaper the article appears in.

Distance Learning students must first complete the Distance Learner Library Registration Form and receive confirmation of eligibility before any requests for Document Delivery of Articles can be processed.
