  • AmeriStat - "One-stop source for U.S. population data".
  • Bartleby.com - The preeminent Internet publisher of literature, reference and verse providing students and researchers with unlimited access to books and information on the Web, free of charge.
  • FirstGov.gov - The official U.S. Government portal to 47 million pages of government information, services, and online transactions.
  • Intelihealth - This site includes a medical dictionary, medication information, and a database of disease and condition profiles.
  • Lives, the Biography Resource - This site provides links to other biographical sites containing information mainly on individuals who are no longer living, while A&E's Biography.com focuses on covering contemporary lives and individuals in the art and entertainment fields.
  • National Issues - Presents the Pro and Con views of major national issues as they are discussed in the media.
  • NewsLink Associates - Provides links to broadcasters, newspapers, magazines, and worldwide news services.
  • PollingReport.com: Public Opinion Online - "An independent, non-partisan resource on trends in American public opinion".
  • RefDesk.com - Billed as the "single best source for facts on the Net," this site features sections on Facts of-the-Day, Reference Site-of-the-Day, Headline News, Facts-at-a-Glance, Top Reference Tools, Current News/Weather/Business/Sports.
  • Statistical Resources on the Web - The University of Michigan Documents Center provides links to locate statistics on the Web in the following subject areas: agriculture, business and industry, consumers, cost of living, demographics, economics, education, energy, environment, finance and currency, foreign economics, foreign trade, government finances, health, housing, labor, military, politics, science, sociology, transportation, and weather.
