Digital Menu Collection -
The Los Angeles Public Library offers this database of restaurant
menus and images which is searchable by keyword, restaurant, cuisine &
date. Many of the menus are available for you to view online and print.

University of Washington Menu Collection - A digital collection of
menus, placemats, and other graphic materials from various Puget Sound
area restaurants for the period between 1889 and 2003.

The Menu Collection of the New York Public Library - A collection of
images of over 5,000 menus ranging from 1851 through 1930. The
collection is strongest for the period between 1890 and 1910.
Organization is primarily chronological by date or range of dates.
