LEAD SELECTOR ACTUAL MYOCARDIAL WALL USEFUL FOR:
ON CARDIAC MONITOR LEAD REPRESENTED
                           OBSERVED

I MCL1 Antero-septal MCL1 can be used to determine R or L Bundle Branch Block
Identifying Acute changes in the Anteroseptal wall and
Atrial and ventricular hypertrophy may be evident

II III Inferior Lead III is useful for atrial arrhythmias and for identification
                                                                  of inferior wall pathologies

III Modified II Inferior Same as above

These three leads are superior for untangling even the most difficult arrhythmias

Don't forget to appropriately label your strips with the correct lead ID
