Visitor Parking Information for the Brighton Campus

We hope your will enjoy your visit to Monroe Community College Brighton Campus. Visitors are defined as individuals who have official college business with College who are not currently registered for any classes or employed by the College. 

• All visitors to the Brighton Campus without a valid parking permit must use parking meters located in Monroe Loop and Arts Lane, unless prior parking arrangements have been made for your specific visit. (see link to map below)
• All visitors parked in Monroe Loop must pay for time at the meter and register their vehicle at the Information Desk on the 2nd floor of the Peter A. Spina Administration Building (1).
• Meters are $.50/hour with a 5 hour maximum.  It is the owner/operators responsibility to insure there is enough time on the meter for the length of the visit. 

The Monroe County Parking Program established by the Monroe County Legislature sets fees and fines for parking on the Brighton Campus.  All motor vehicles parked on lots owned by Monroe County and held in trust for Monroe Community College must be registered  and have a permit displayed, or pay to park at a parking meter.
