Enrollment Verification
Monroe Community College has authorized the National Clearinghouse to act as our agent for all student enrollment verifications. To download a free Enrollment Verification Certificate, sign on to our secure student web site as follows:
- From the MCC home page, go to Quick Links
- Click on Student Records
- Log in
- Click on Student & Financial Aid
- Click on Student Records
- Click on Request Student Enrollment Verification
- The auto-link to the National Student Clearinghouse will allow you to:
- Print an Enrollment Certificate
- Check enrollment verifications to Student Service Providers
- View Enrollment History
- View Deferments Sent to Lenders
- Obtain a List of Your Lenders
- Link to Real-Time Student Loan Information (e.g., outstanding principal, next payment due, ...)
This Enrollment Verification Certificate can be presented to health insurance agencies, housing authorities, consumer product companies, banks, etc. when asked to provide official evidence of enrollment at Monroe Community College. If the verification is for the Department of Social Services, we will be happy to print you a schedule.
Loan deferment forms can be dropped off at the Records & Registration Office in Bldg. 6, Room 203. We will forward the forms to the National Clearinghouse for processing.
