To change your name, please pick up a "Name Change" form
from the Registration Office during our regular office hours
or from the Counseling
Center during the evening.
To change your Social Security number, please bring
a copy of your current social security card to the Records
Office.
To change your address, you may call the Registration
Office at 292-2300. You also have the option of updating your address
"online" through our Web site. Go to Student
Records and follow your options from there.
