Unofficial Transcript

Would you like to view a copy of your unofficial transcript? If you are a current or previous MCC student, you can view your transcript information online through our online student information system.

All official academic transcripts must be requested by the student. There is a $3 fee for each transcript ordered. There are numerous ways to request a transcript:

To request a transcript and make payment with a credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard), click here.

To request a transcript and make payment by check or money order, click here. Be sure to include your payment for the transcripts. You can mail or fax the request or bring the form to our office.

There is a $3.00 fee for transcripts. Students wishing to pick up their transcripts may do so. However, there is a two (2) hour wait for processing.

NOTE: If the official transcript is issued to the student, it will be stamped “ISSUED TO STUDENT.”

If a student has an outstanding debt to the college, academic transcripts will not be released. When payment in full is made, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 292-2300 or by e-mail at registrationoffice@monroecc.edu to inform us of the release of your financial hold.
