How to Request a COMPLETE Withdrawal

A complete withdrawal permits a student to WITHDRAW FROM ALL COURSES in a given term until the last day of classes. The last day of classes is the Friday before finals week. After a complete withdrawal, the student will need to seek readmission to return, as this process completely withdraws the student from the college.

Other IMPORTANT Information

  • Students are responsible for 100% of tuition and fees for a withdrawal.
  • Failure to attend a class does not result in an automatic withdrawal from that class, and may result in a grade of F for the term.
  • A withdrawal from a course may affect your financial aid, athletics, veteran's benefits, tuition refund, or other aspects of your MCC program. Make sure you discuss these concerns with a counselor in the Counseling Center.
