Mail Services

mailroom

Each resident is assigned a mailbox and receives a mailbox key upon arrival. All mailboxes are located near the main entrance of each building. Every resident is responsible for checking their on-campus mailbox daily. Important, dated intercampus mail will be sent to residents via resident mailboxes.

package notification slip

Mail is delivered daily, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays and during breaks when the halls are closed. There will be limited mail service during Intersession.

When a resident receives a package, a slip will be placed in the resident’s mailbox.  Residents will be able to obtain their packages during posted pick up hours. Packages MAY NOT be picked up from the Housing Office or Campus Mail Room.

NOTE: Overnight packages will be delayed in arriving to the residence halls.  Residents are strongly encouraged not to have packages shipped overnight due to this delay.

Campus Center Service Desk

Stamps may be purchased at the Campus Center Service Desk located in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center.
