Each resident is assigned a mailbox and receives a mailbox key upon arrival. All mailboxes are located near the main entrance of each building. Every resident is responsible for checking their on-campus mailbox daily. Important, dated intercampus mail will be sent to residents via resident mailboxes.
Mail is delivered daily, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays and during breaks when the halls are closed. There will be limited mail service during Intersession.
When a resident receives a package, a slip will be placed in the resident’s mailbox. Residents will be able to obtain their packages during posted pick up hours.
NOTE: Overnight packages will be delayed in arriving to the residence halls. Residents are strongly encouraged not to have packages shipped overnight due to this delay.
Stamps may be purchased at the Campus Center Service Desk located in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center.
Residents may mail packages from the Brighton Mail Center located in Building 1, Room 103.
The correct mailing address for residents is as follows:
Mailbox keys must be returned to an RD upon checking out of the residence halls. Lost, stolen or unreturned mailbox keys will result in a $25 fee being assessed to the resident’s account.
Please remember to complete the mail forwarding form online before departing from the residence halls. All mail received at the end of the academic year will be forwarded until July 1. After July 1, all mail received
at the residence halls will be marked return to sender.
If there are any questions concerning mail delivery or if your mailbox key is lost/stolen, please contact an RD.
