Service Learning Courses in Criminal Justice

 

Service Project (CRJ 121-CC1, CC2, SL1):
Students in this course have a wide variety of service-learning internship options, including the PAC-TAC neighborhood watch program, Drug Court, Teen Court, District Attorney’s Office and much more.  The complete list of placements is available in the Law and Criminal Justice Department.  Service-Learning placements are listed in Red.  Contact the Center for Service-Learning at 262-1713 to see if your internship meets service-learning criteria. Service Project (CRJ 222-CC1):
Students in this course can opt to participate in the DCC WATCH or Brighton WATCH service-learning placement, The DCC WATCH students are based out of Damon City Campus and help patrol the downtown campus in areas where there is need. The Brighton WATCH students are based out of the Brighton campus and work with the public safety department on campus public safety issues. (125 hours - Option) F-10
