Students in this course will make marketing recommendations to the American Cancer Society for specific areas of need. (20 hours) S-08
Service Project (MAR 101-003 Honors):
Students will write and administer a survey for the Office and Computer Program Department at MCC. The information obtained will be used by fellow marketing students to make recommendations to the department . (25 hours - Option) S-08
Service Project (MAR 101-004):
Students will work in groups to benchmark the Engineering Science website and make recommendations to improve it. (10 hours - Option) S-08
Service Project (MAR 101-008):
Students will be working in teams to develop a survey for the engineering department regarding student perception. The project includes implementing the chosen survey, analyzing information received and presenting the findings. (20 hours - Option) S-08
Service Project (MAR 101- 011, 014):
Students will use information obtained through an analysis of survey information to make recommendations to the Office and Computer Program Department at MCC. (20 hours - Option) S-08
Effective use of advertising media, integration of promotion plans and sales techniques with advertising. This course will be offered in the Fall Semester during the evening and in the Spring Semester during the day. Three class hours.
Prerequisite: MAR 200 with a C or better.
