 Placement
Testing
To
ensure that students are placed in
classes consistent with their
ability, MCC offers a placement
testing program. The
computerized placement test is
untimed so you can take as long as
you need. If you need
accommodations such as a
distraction-free location and/or
use of a calculator, these can
also be provided within the
regular placement testing program.
You should call (585) 292-5250
ahead of time to make those
arrangements .
However,
if you require more extensive
accommodations, such as having the
test read, you may need to
schedule an appointment for an
alternative placement test. Please
contact the Counseling and Advising Center in order to
request any additional services.
Remember,
documentation
of your disability must be on file
with the College in order to
receive any special accommodations
for placement testing.
