The primary purpose of the MCC LEAD program is to foster student learning and personal development. With the creation of powerful learning environments, students are offered experiential learning opportunities that will allow them to apply knowledge obtained in the classroom, develop leadership skills and reflect on their learning experiences and desired outcomes.
