Two major components of Monroe Community College's co-curricular leadership development program are the semi-annual Leadership Retreats. This is a time for new and returning student leaders and the staff from both the Brighton and Damon Campus Centers to set aside time to enhance leadership skills and get to know each other. The major retreat, a weekend-long get-away held in September at Camp Stella Maris lakeside training center in Livonia, NY, offers a wide variety of team-building and social networking activities as club and organization members begin the new year in their new responsibilities.

Another one-day retreat, typically held in January, is a mini-opportunity to refresh and regroup for the spring semester activities.
