Being able to juggle a busy schedule is a fundamental skill of successful leaders. This workshop will show you how to get organized so you can utilize your time more efficiently. This workshop will also help participants view time budgeting as a valuable leadership skill rather than an absolute way of life, as well as help you identify your priorities and how to maximize your time to accommodate your primary goals.
