Certificate Programs are offered for students seeking a high degree of specialization in a short program of instruction. Certificate programs vary from 25 to 32 credits.
In addition to degree programs, the College offers non- credit courses in Transitional Studies and English for Speakers of Other Languages, as well as a variety of both credit and non-credit courses.
MCC’s wide range of programs and courses is reflected in the diverse employers of our graduates. Schools, hospitals, retail establishments, restaurants, banks, non-profit organizations and international corporations were among 637 different employers of MCC graduates in 2006. Approximately 50,000 people have received MCC degrees; more than a quarter of a million people have taken one or more MCC courses.
College Programs
MCC is committed to providing educational opportunities to anyone who can benefit from the College’s programs. Honors courses, on-line and televised courses as well as free auditing for senior citizens are just a few of the many options offered.
MCC also provides special services for the disabled and the educationally or economically disadvantaged. Services for international students and students for whom English is a second language are also available.
