Monroe Community College was pleased to host Completion -- Our Community's Next Promise, a one-day colloquium dedicated to the significant and compelling topic of college completion, from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., on Monday, September 24, 2012.

The themes of college readiness and completion drive current dialogue with an urgency never before seen in postsecondary education. MCC invites you to become part of this discussion, which is certain to impact the future not just of our students but of our own colleges. The colloquium focuses on quality, engagement and innovation as the hallmark of successful efforts in promoting student achievement and completion. As MCC celebrates its 50th Anniversary, we look to the next 50 years with a renewed commitment to our students' personal and professional success in a changed and ever-changing world.

Free and open to all interested educators, the colloquium featured remarks and presentations by some of the field's leading and most honored voices on college achievement, innovation, and success.
