AVT121 - Introduction To AV Communications Technology
Provides an overview of the audiovisual communications industry and the courses included in the AV Tech Online curriculum. Students who complete the course successfully will be knowledgeable about industry trends, opportunities, and resources that are available to AV technicians. They will be able to identify and describe the basic functions of cabling, interconnections, and system components used in the audio, video, rental and staging, and system integration sectors of the industry. They will also be proficient in using the technology required to take the on-line courses included in the program.
