Logon Help

Note: If you don't know your mailbox account name or password please click on Find Account at the top of this page.

Follow the following steps to log on to your E-mail account:

1. Navigate to the student E-mail page at student.monroecc.edu
   
   
2. Under “Student Email Login” enter your E-mail username and password, and then select “High Speed” or “Dial-Up” Respectively. (Note: regardless of what you type, asterisks (*) will echo back instead of the characters you type.) This prevents others from seeing your password.
   
   
3. Now click "Login Now" or press Enter.
   
   

That's it! If you correctly entered your mailbox account name, full username, and password, you should be into your E-mail. For additional help on using the Outlook Web E-mail system, please refer to the On-line Help section of this web-site.

Below is an example of the login using "jdoe001" as the username and selecting "High Speed" for the connection. Now you try it, substitute "jdoe001" with your own account name and select your type of connection.
