A Member Services Associate performs a wide variety of tasks with the goal of providing exceptional customer service to our research panel members. This position offers flexible hours, a professional office environment and the opportunity to gain experience with a national brand and a leader in the market research space.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to the comments received by the Harris Poll members via email, phone, mail, comment tracking software and fax
- Track inquires by type of concern and method of communication
- Create and modify standard responses based on program policies to ensure responses are uniform
- Identify and follow-up on issues regarding feedback of Harris Poll panel members
- Identify survey quality and technical issues and alert appropriate internal departments
- Provide guidance regarding best solutions in correcting survey quality and incentive related issues
- Track quality and technical survey issues
- Process panelists wishing to unsubscribe in accordance with Harris’ terms and conditions
- Relay panelist’s suggestion to management
- Keep process documentation up to date
