HS diploma plus 2 years direct consumer experience. Associates degree with one year direct consumer experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have flexible work availability. Ability to work independently with variety of consumers and in different environments. Clean driving record that meets agency's clean driving record policy and must have a dependable vehicle.
