Welcome to the MCC Student Technology HelpDesk. The HelpDesk provides a single point of contact to assist students with connecting to and utilizing MCC technologies. Our knowledgeable HelpDesk staff will provide technical support and instruction in many of the technology programs used throughout the campus; and will attempt to resolve your technology issues in a timely manner.

Personal laptops and smart devices: Only assistance with MCC Campus Technology related problems will be provided. The troubleshooting of personal programs, virus issues, malware issues, etc. is not offered.
