A goal of intercultural education is to design and create environments that empower, challenge, inspire, liberate and ultimately transform individuals and communities to act in ways that promote the achievement of their full potential. This session will focus on developmental perspectives and tools to improve effectiveness as educators, staff leaders and change agents around issues of equity and inclusion.
