The Ballet Fitness Class is free and open to the MCC College Community, sponsored by Intramural Programs. Classes start on January 30th and will be held in the Damon City Campus Dance Studio on the 5th floor, room #5267. Classes will take place on Wednesdays from 4:15-5:15pm during the Spring 2013 Semester through May 15th (excluding winter and spring recess). No prior dance experience or registration is necessary. Dance or exercise apparel and ballet shoes or bare feet are recommended. Ballet is one of the most beneficial forms of physical activity that strengthens essential muscles used in everyday life for both men and women. Hope to see you in class!
