DESCRIPTION:\nOn February 1, 2013 the American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC), MCC Health Services, and WMCC are sponsoring Go Red in support of the American Heart Association. We ask for you to wear something red to support the AAWCC’s annual heart health awareness day: “Go Red for Women.”\n\nJoin AAWCC, Health Services, and WMCC at noon in the Flynn Campus Center Atrium for heart healthy snacks provided by the Hospitality Department, Principles of Health Cooking class (FSA 108), facts about heart health and listen to the sounds of MCC’s own WMCC “The FUSE”. AAWCC members are encouraged to join us for a group photograph at 12pm. Go Red will also be celebrated at Damon in the 5th Floor Atrium; join us at noon for a group photograph.\n\nWe are suggesting a $5 donation, which can be collected at the event, or sent to any of the AAWCC members listed on the Go Red Campus Contacts flyer attached.
