What is the ELC?

The Electronic Learning Center (ELC) provides MCC students with access to computers, video tapes, audio tapes and viewing equipment in a central location. The ELC is equipped with Macintosh and IBM compatible computers, laser printers and a variety of software.

Network access is available through the ELC, including the World Wide Web (Netscape), Interactive Vax Logins, and the library on-line catalog. There are also various other internet resources which may be of use to you. Not sure what you're looking for? Then try searching the internet.

The staff is always available to assist in using the hardware and software. They also help new users become familiar with how to use a computer.
