Every March, the American Association of Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) organizes its annual Day of Dialogue to encourage chapters to engage in impacting women attending and working at community colleges. The theme this year will be a discussion surrounding Basic Needs Insecurities – How are the needs of students being addressed on campus? In addition to paying tuition and fees, many students struggle to meet the cost of student housing, food, transportation, and other basic needs. What is happening on our campus? How is it being handled?
Please join us for this important discussion on March 13, at the Brighton Campus, Warshof Conference Center, R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center (Monroe A), and on March 21, at the Downtown Campus, High Falls B, 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm. This event is open to all faculty, staff, and students!
Attached you will find a flyer with all the details for your reference.
